Food, Mood and Poop Journal
A lot can change in 12-weeks but you must track what you wish to change!
This 12-week journal will help you to identify the foods and lifestyle habits that work for you, while also highlighting any areas that may be getting in the way of your healthy goals. You can't change what you don't track and this journal provides you with a 12-week window to measure your progress over time. In addition to the daily wellness log, there is a weekly check in that will provide you with the opportunity to look back at your week to celebrate your healthy successes and space to jot down meal recipes and grocery needs for the week ahead. This journal can also serve as a way for you to share your health journey with your health team for additional curated support.
